Even though we have already implemented different variants of interfaces such as REST, UDP, MQTT etc. to AGV/AMR and in this way support the use of mixed fleets, we are firmly convinced that the VDA 5050 standard will be a booster for AGV-based automation. Since 2020 Patrick enriches our development team and supports our customers as a system development expert in various projects. Through various field assignments and commissioning, Patrick already has a lot of experience in testing a wide variety of systems and dealing with equipment of all kinds.
In 2019 Patrick worked as Java developer at Beracom GmbH & Co KG in the area of VPLAN 5 and was responsible for the further development of the test system. In our team at movizon Patrick is significantly involved to build up interface to vehicles and machines. As chief developer for VDA 5050, Patrick has already successfully implemented the interface setup between movizon CONTROL and our partners’ vehicles in various versions of the standard.
