As a software company based in Lehrte near Hanover, we provide an independent fleet management system for automated vehicles in intralogistics. Our specialty is seamlessly connecting and coordinating vehicles and systems from different manufacturers. Besides mobile robots, we also integrate warehouse management systems like SAP, manual vehicles and infrastructure components like doors, elevators, and machines. Thanks to the open framework, our software supports a wide range of interfaces, even beyond the VDA 5050 standard.

More than “just” fleet management
Realtime Algorithm
With a high-speed core cycle of 10 Hertz, movizon CONTROL monitors and controls all processes of your system. It takes less than a second from sending the completion message of a loading robot to issuing a corresponding movement order. The internal logic control is stateless, so that data inconsistency and asynchrony are ruled out by design.
Dynamic Job Management
Traditional fleet management systems calculate jobs in advance and assign them to the vehicles, which then only report back once the job has been completed. Our software, on the other hand, always remains in control. Dynamic changes in the environment are therefore no problem. In case of disruptions, jobs and routes are flexibly optimized.
Smart Traffic Management
In addition to zone control, we rely on precise pre-calculation of driveways, our envelopes. This method enables smooth traffic control at critical junctions and bottlenecks. If necessary, our software slows vehicles down at an early stage, avoiding unnecessary stops. The result: Smooth processes, jobs completed more quickly without traffic jams.
Direct Machine Integration
movizon CONTROL comes with all the tools you need to communicate directly with production systems and machines, even at bit level if required. The advantages: Your system landscape remains uncluttered. There is no need to introduce and maintain additional subsystems. You have a central overview of all your processes, which can run even faster and more safely without middleware.
Sandboxes Microservices
The unique structure of our software enables modifications in real time and also gives our customers the opportunity to make their own adjustments. Through tailored training on scripting, we support our customers in developing their own logics, integrating new vehicles and components such as conveyors or traffic lights independently and developing their logistics processes flexibly and dynamically.
Automation Framework

Food Industry
Our software operates worldwide as an independent fleet management system in the food industry, rolled out as a standard solution across multiple customer sites. The photo shows the KATE system by Götting KG at the Italian confectionery manufacturer Loacker. What makes this installation special? More than 100 AGVs operate across multiple levels, ensuring a smooth material flow. Fully controlled by our software with direct machine integration.
Automotive Industry
In our automotive projects, we face both brownfield and greenfield situations at various levels of automation. With our software and years of experience in developing custom interfaces, we provide a solution that seamlessly adapts to the unique requirements of mixed fleets and evolves alongside operational processes.
Outdoor Operations
Our software is not limited to indoor environments, it’s also widely used in outdoor logistics. In outdoor settings, we manage significantly larger vehicles, including trucks and specialized transporters weighing up to 90 tons. We develop custom interfaces for individual components and maneuver trucks in reverse with centimeter accuracy to docks, gates, and loading bridges.
